Shipping & Delivery Terms
Order Processing Please note that orders placed before 4:00 PM (EET) are dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be dispatched on the following business day. *Subject to stock availability in Bulgaria.
Heavy Shipments Shipments with a tariff weight exceeding 20 kg are accepted and delivered by the courier to the ground floor of the recipient's building. The recipient agrees to provide assistance to the courier for loading and unloading.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Some of the products you order may not be currently in stock in Bulgaria and may be shipped from a regional warehouse in Europe.

In such cases, delivery time is extended to 10–20 business days.

There is no additional cost for this extended delivery.
General Terms of Delivery
Furniture Clinic Bulgaria Ltd. (the "Supplier") delivers all ordered goods using a third-party courier service at its discretion.
Delivery Timelines

The specific delivery period and its starting point are determined for each item individually at the time the sales contract is concluded.

The Customer will receive an email notification regarding the status of the order (e.g., Processing, Handed to Courier, Delivered).

In-stock items: Delivery is typically fulfilled within 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Supplier Rights & Default Periods

The Supplier reserves the right to determine a longer delivery period, of which the Customer shall be duly notified.

If the Supplier has not specified a delivery date, the default delivery period is 30 calendar days from the date following the order placement via the Online Store.
Out-of-Stock Scenarios In the event that the Supplier cannot fulfill the contract due to the ordered goods being unavailable, the Supplier is obliged to notify the Customer and refund any payments made within 30 calendar days from the date the Supplier was due to fulfill its contractual obligation.
